Fall Programming & Facility Enhancements
Dear Members,
As previously shared through earlier Frame the Future communications, the Club has been actively reviewing programming participation, peak usage periods, scheduling patterns, and overall facility flow to help support Member access and experience throughout construction.
Through this ongoing, data-informed review, the Club has identified several opportunities to improve programming consistency, simplify registration and scheduling processes, create greater flexibility for Members and families, and increase access to high-demand offerings across the Club.
While some operational adjustments are necessary during the Frame the Future construction period, many of these programming enhancements reflect broader, long-term improvements that will continue beyond construction and help shape the future delivery of Club programming.
Starting this coming fall, we will be introducing these changes, including more standardized and flexible programming structure. Members will notice changes such as session length, revised registration structures, and department-specific scheduling updates designed to create a streamlined and enhanced Member experience across the Club.
Fall Programming Updates
Following a comprehensive review of programming participation, scheduling patterns, and Member feedback, the Club identified opportunities to improve consistency and reduce inefficiencies across program scheduling and registration processes.
Beginning this Fall, many programs will move toward standardized seasonal session dates to create greater clarity, flexibility, and consistency for Members when planning and registering for programs.
Programs will continue to operate within the Club’s seasonal framework, including Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer, and Summer Day Camps, while introducing a more flexible session-based structure within each season.
Depending on the program, offerings may now be scheduled in one of three ways:
Full-season sessions
Two shorter sessions within the season
Monthly registration
Shorter session formats are also intended to create additional participation opportunities for Members throughout the season.
While some program areas, such as leagues and ladders, will continue to operate with customized scheduling based on the nature of the activity, Members can expect greater consistency overall throughout the Fall season.
Where to Find Information
For department-specific information, scheduling updates, and program details, Members are encouraged to review the Fall Program Registration Guide.
All Fall programs are now viewable through the CWC website and app, where Members can review program offerings, schedules, and availability. While the Registration Guide serves as the primary reference document for Fall programming, the most current program information, availability, and scheduling updates will continue to be reflected through the Club website and app.
Members with program-specific questions are encouraged to connect directly with the appropriate Department Head for additional support and clarification.

Aquatics Centre Enhancements
As previously communicated, the Aquatics Centre will be closed from June through August 2026 to accommodate planned maintenance and infrastructure improvements as part of Frame the Future.
This work will support the long-term functionality, safety, and overall Member experience within the Aquatics spaces and includes upgrades to the deep pool, beach pool, hot tub, splash park, and surrounding water systems.
To help Members stay active and connected during the closure period, the Club is pleased to offer a selection of dryland Aqua Fitness classes throughout the closure. These classes are intended to provide Members with continued opportunities to move, connect, and maintain their wellness routines while Aquatics enhancements are underway. Tennis Corridor & Lounge Enhancements
As previously communicated, Courts 1–4 will be closed throughout the month of July to accommodate the tennis ceiling replacement project. During this time, the Club will also be exploring additional opportunities for Tennis facility enhancements, including upgrades to the curtains between and behind the courts as part of the broader improvement work within the space.
During Phase 1B, Members can look forward to enhancements to the Tennis Corridor and Lounge. These improvements are designed to create a more welcoming, functional, and comfortable environment for Members and will include refreshed washrooms, dedicated tennis lockers, updated lounge furnishings, a new refreshment area, a dedicated tennis desk, and improved accessibility throughout the corridor space. Also during this time, Courts 1-4 will receive a new air-handler inclusive of air conditioning, to enhance comfort and extend the playing season.
