Communication Approach
Frame the Future: Communication Approach
As we prepare to go into construction, we are committed to keeping Members informed. We will continue to take an thorough approach to communication, keeping Members informed and engaged every step of the way. This includes detailed plans regarding Member access routes into the Club, how we are making adjustments to preserve your Member experience, and what is happening inside the construction area. While plans will at times need to adjust as work progresses, our goal is to communicate in a way that is consistent and transparent throughout this exciting time.
In the lead-up to construction, updates will be shared over time rather than all at once, so key details can be communicated when they are most relevant and with the right context.
Starting now, Members can expect Frame the Future communications at key points throughout this initial phase of pre-construction planning and preparation, generally every 2–3 weeks through mid-June.
These updates will help guide Members through construction by sharing information regarding key areas of impact, including food and beverage, programming, operational impacts, and construction milestones.
Pulse Survey - Communication Frequency
We know email remains an important way many Members stay informed, while also recognizing that inboxes can fill quickly. As part of this first update, we would appreciate your feedback on the frequency of the Club’s regularly scheduled weekly emails.
CWC Weekly is the Club’s regular email update and is currently sent twice per week, on Monday and Wednesday. How would you rate this frequency?

We recognize these communications may prompt questions, and we welcome Members reaching out.
To ensure Members receive accurate and up-to-date information, we strongly encourage questions to be directed to future@calgarywinterclub.com or to a member of the Club’s Senior Leadership team. In some cases, questions may relate to topics that will be addressed in an upcoming communication. Where that is the case, we ask for Members’ patience as those details are finalized and shared, so that complete information and supporting FAQs can be provided in the right context.
This project is about more than a building. It is about stewarding the future of a Club that has meant so much to generations of Members, and communicating well is part of that responsibility.
Thank you for the care, patience, and community spirit you continue to bring to the Club.
